We were originally founded in 2006 by Dr. Andrew Welling in the heart of west Arvada. Over the years, Dr. Welling has developed a trusting relationship with his clients in the Arvada and surrounding Denver metro area. Like his presence in the medical community, his practice has continued to grow in reputation and reliability. In February 2013, the clinic was renovated and remodeled, and became a multi-disciplinary clinic with the addition of a Physical Therapist. With the addition of Physical Therapy, the clinic philosophy transitioned into a more modern, integrative approach recognizing the unlimited potential for patient care with Chiropractors and Physical Therapists working side-by-side.

I’ve been coming here for years for different treatments and have always had a great experience. Everyone is friendly and professional, and they really make you feel welcome. I’ve been seeing Sam for my chiropractic care and he’s been great. He takes the time to listen and always helps get things feeling better. The ladies at the front desk are awesome too—they greet me by name and always have a smile. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great care and a friendly environment.

My grandma has had a really positive experience here. The staff are very kind and welcoming, especially the front desk team. They give her exercises that have been really helpful, and they make sure she feels comfortable during her appointments. Her physical therapist is also great about explaining everything clearly so she understands what she’s doing and why it helps. I really appreciate the patience and care they show her every time she goes in.

I got into a wreck at the beginning of December, and since then Arvada Sport and Spine has been amazing. Sam and Robbie in PT really know what they’re doing and truly care about their patients. Sam also handles my chiropractic care and he’s all about getting you better, but he’s also just a solid guy to talk to. Stephanie and Kelsey at the front always make me feel welcome and work with my schedule to get me in. And Sherry for massage? Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had anywhere. If you’re in pain and actually want to get better, call Arvada Sport and Spine. They’re the real deal

Sam is the best Chiropractor - he’s calm and explains what is going on so well. He creates a feeling of safety. He knows his stuff. Arvada Sport and Spine is where my whole family comes for massage PT, prp and chiropractic care. Excellent service all the way around!
