Oh my goodness I started only coming beginning of Feb to james Contris and now a few weeks later I'm doing way better. I came since my jaw was very stiff and painful to open and my left shoulder I was told that it had arthritis and just with this little time both have pretty much improved to where I almost don't need to come anymore. Hes just amazing.

I’ve been coming here for about eight weeks for chronic pain, unwinding decades of misalignment. It’s a process, to be sure. And things are getting so much better! I have such confidence in Dr. Adamson.
The staff could not be kinder and more responsive.
One question arose during my time here and I spoke with the office manager, Kim. She was respectful and listened and addressed my concern directly. This experience only increased my confidence in this practice.
I’ve also had one facial with Kate and it was so luxurious!

Dr. James Contris, I'm eternally grateful for the care I received. You are kind, approachable and have a wonderful manner with an excellent sence of humor that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Most importantly, I am pain free and able to get outside again with improved mobility.

Dr Contris is fantastic! My headaches are gone and I can move my neck again. He is attentive and takes the time to stretch you prior to adjusting to ensure a successful adjustment. I have had many visits to chiropractic care over the years but this is the first time that I actually feel improvement with each visit. Highly recommend!!!

The staff are amazing! When I came in I could barely walk with significant back pain. About a month later seeing Dr. Contris a couple times a week I feel like I got a whole new body. He has been so knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t thank you enough!
