At Active Health Chiropractic, our mission is to get our patients out of pain and get their bodies functioning properly in as few visits as possible. We spend much time on your health history and exam to make sure we have all of the information to come to the correct diagnosis the first time by using gait analysis and functional movement tests. From there, we use chiropractic adjustments, stretching, trigger point therapy, strengthening exercises, and much more to treat your condition.

Dana was amazing! I walked in with pain. Walked out with no pain. Dana is so helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything as she moved through the appointment. I received additional strength exercises to complete at home. I will definitely refer her and her practice to everyone I know. Thank you, Dana.

Dr. Nelson has been able to help me so much in just a couple visits to find answers and relief to hip pain I have been dealing with for several years. She has also provided so much helpful information for other concerns or issues i have had. She also really makes you feel welcome amd a priority. Very happy with her care!

I have been coming to Active Health for almost a year now and always leave feeling very refreshed. Dr. Nelson is a wealth of knowledge in the nutrition and wellness space, and an incredible Chiropractor. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and I’ve had positive experiences with the massage therapy and fitness services as well!
