Adina is a leading pelvic floor physical therapist with extensive training in orthopedics, manual therapy, women's health, men's health and pelvic floor dysfunction. After receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in New York City, Adina continued her pelvic floor education through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. As a former program coordinator for the Pelvic Health Center at Norwalk Hospital, Adina developed a pelvic health program working with a team of physicians and physical therapists to provide the highest quality of care for patients with varying pelvic floor diagnoses. Adina has worked with patients from orthopedic, neurologic and pediatric populations. Pelvic health has become her passion and she truly feels blessed to work with men and women to help them fully achieve their goals. Yet people often wait years to seek treatment. At Able, we hope to eliminate the stigma and provide the best services possible. Able Physical Therapy is run by Adina Leifer PT, DPT who has extensive experience working with pelvic floor dysfunction.
