I was referred to this facility because of chronic pain. I have kidney disease and cannot take INSAIDS nor steroid injections which were given in an abundance and has now effected my skin with bruising and extreme thinness. I am 59 years old. I am petite/small. I have mild scoliosis, mild spondylosis in neck and tailbone. Arthritis in neck, hip and a bone spurr. I struggle with tendonitits in one leg and both feet. I also have autoimmune kidney disease, bladder disease and sjohrens. This Dr. Hemmer has yelled at me, become critical of me. Left me in tears. I just want a better quakity if life. Continues to refer me to my other specialist knowing there are no cures nor remedies for none of them. I continue to work. It is painful for me to sit or drive for long periods of times. I choose to keep moving. I refuse to disable myself even tho i qualify. This man is mean. Shows no compassion. Just because i look well from the outside, doesnt mean i do not suffer. Chronic neck and back pain steals ones joy. Constantly fighting for a quality of life. If i were obese, using a walker, and unkept, i would get better care.

Great doctors and very understanding. Taking new patients and they except most insurances.

This place is a joke. I'm a single dad with 3 kids. I work 2 jobs. Have not been able to complete physical therapy. Finally able to get it set up and get kicked out the program for failure to comply. Ok that's fine but you say your gonna send in my meds. You reduce them to half of what I take for 1 week reduce in half again for the next week and then cut me off for the rest the month. You guys are pathetic. Been on my meds for years. Thanks for the upcoming withdrawals. That's when you know there not there to help there just there for the money.

This practice is awful! My 72 year old Mother has been going here for almost a year. She has urinary issues and a history of UTIs. We have had to take her to get blood work at some point because she couldn’t give a urine sample. This is not a big deal. Her last appt (we didn’t know it yet) Dr Chad Hemmer berated her like a child in front of staff and other clients. Telling her they have had this issue with her before. “She has 30 mins to pee and if she can’t do that then she has broken contract and will no longer be able to come.” I reminded him that her UTI issues is part of her diagnosis and offered to go have labs done. He refused, stating that that’s unneeded work to be done for something she knows she has to do. He also made it clear she was making them late to lunch. He dismissed her from the program with nothing to sign or other information. Horrible treatment. He talked to her and I both like berated children for something that wasn’t her fault. I will be writing a letter to the Attorney General’s office. If you can help it. Don’t go here.

The ONLY reason I'm even giving them two stars is for their physical therapy department and Julie. The front staff is rude and I've been going there for almost a year now and I have NEVER received a phone call back from them. The last time I went in to get referred to a different surgeon because the one they referred me to wouldn't see me, as there was another doctor in my wrist after that doctor, I walked in to see a man that I've never seen before. Dr. Dunham, and at the end of it, he basically told me that there was nothing they could (would) do for me and refused to send over a referral to another surgeon "because that's not a responsibility I want" and refused to fill the controlled medication they wrote the scripts for throughout the past year. He didn't give me a weaning dosage, no side effects to watch out for. Nothing. He didn't even give me the simple courtesy of telling me they would no longer see me until I asked if I needed to make a follow up appointment and his response was "no". No explanation, nothing. It's been a week and I've called every day to request copies of my medical records and I haven't received a phone call back. It was a fantastic place to go, until the front office staff changed and the environment shifted. And from what I've seen on these reviews, I'm not the only person they've done this to.
