I had never had chiropractic work done before, so I was very curious when I began hearing how much it helped my friends who were pregnant manage all the changes and pains to their bodies during pregnancy. I began my chiropractic journey well into the later weeks of my third trimester (like week 36 or 37) and soon saw the hip pain that would keep me up at night and walking with a limp during the day subside. My 3rd trimester carpal tunnel began to feel better, too. My second pregnancy had me seeing Dr. Jamie from the beginning and I did NOT have the hip pain and level of carpal tunnel like before. Swelling was also less than before! I credit Dr. Jamie and the True Life Chiropractic team for helping me feel my best at a time when the changes to my body were so intense! Everyone in the office is so friendly, kind, considerate and I never ever feel rushed through or that I’m just another patient needing to be checked off that day. The care is genuine. Individualized.
