Dr. Collins had a goal of starting a private physical therapy practice beginning in PT school. After several years of research and working in a variety of settings she felt ready to branch out. The desire to offer one on one patient centered care came true in June 2022 with Therapy To Go PLLC.

Maysville’s mobile outpatient physical therapy service! Our Doctor of Physical Therapy treats patients at their home, office, or gym. A home health diagnosis or home bound status is NOT required.
We accept Medicare B, commercial insurance, and have reasonable cash pay rates.
Treatments for respiratory disorders, pain management, falls and balance training, strengthening, orthopedic surgeries, CVA, Parkinson’s disease, vestibular and BPPV, and more.
