I have been in practice for fifteen years, specializing in the treatment of injuries, chronic pain, and physical repetitive stress. I was an instructor at Northwest School of Massage and have worked along-side a number of chiropractors in Seattle and Kirkland, and am certified in lymphatic drainage. I have a bachelors in psychology from the University of Washington. My therapy is a combination of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, passive range of motion and stretching. Every treatment is catered specifically to each client's needs. Good therapy will "hurt so good" and bring you relief and results. The work is deep but not excessively hard.Originally established in the Maple Leaf/Wedgewood neighborhoods on Lake City Way, then moved to Bothell for a few years. Bothell location has moved to Sundance Massage in Kenmore. Main location on Camano Island current 2020.

The treatment of minor and chronic muscle and joint pain. Clientele includes people with sitting, computer, standing, and driving jobs; athletes, nurses, construction workers, teachers, labor workers, hairdressers, massage therapists, etc. My style combines a variety of techniques, including deep tissue & hot stone, and can help sufferers of chronic stress and anxiety, headaches, TMJ disfunction and teeth-grinding, work injuries, falls, car accidents, circulation issues, carpal tunnel syndrome, low-back and hip issues, sciatica, plantar-fasciitis, knee discomfort, thoracic-outlet syndrome, and frozen shoulder. I see people that are pre-op and post-op, prenatal and postnatal, and my specialty is neck pain and injury. Certified in lymphatic drainage.

Jen is by far the most knowledgeable and skilled therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve been to plenty of massage places but no one compares to her ability to pinpoint all my trouble spots and reduce my pain. She’s got some strong hands! :) I love that she keeps information about me and always remembers what my most sensitive and problematic areas are and will follow up with me to ensure I’m making progress. Not to mention, she’s patient, funny and a delight to be around. 😄 When it comes to sports medicine and healing, she definitely knows her game and plays it well. I’ve dealt with back issues since 2009 and even had back surgery. That being said, Jen is the only one I trust to help me continue to heal and improve my back pain. Thanks Jen! 💙

Jennifer is an excellent therapist! I had lower back pain issues for years which were getting worse lately. After a couple of sessions, my pain level has gone down and my back is much better. She also takes good care making you feel comfortable. She has given me good health/exercise tips while monitoring my pain progress between sessions.
