The Saratoga Sports Massage facility is owned by Dr. Matt Smith, a Saratoga Springs chiropractor for over 25 years, who specializes in sports injuries, neck pain and low back pain. He contributes a wealth of knowledge to the design of our treatment programs.

I have been to Saratoga sports massage a number of times, and every time I walk away feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed. Erin in particular is absolutely amazing. I have had many massages from multiple therapists over the years, and her sports and deep tissue treatments are unparalleled. Whether it is routine maintenance or treatment for a specific area of need, she is masterful at spending the right amount of time on each part of the body, and applies the perfect amount of pressure. As someone who runs and bikes a lot, she does wonders keeping my body feeling great. I couldn’t recommend Saratoga sports massage and Erin any higher!

I have been a regular customer for many years. My former therapist moved. I have seen Dan Holstrom 3 times now. He is an excellent therapist. He listened to my specific needs and tailored the treatment accordingly. Will definitely be using his services again. Recommend highly.

I have been receiving deep tissue massages from Erin D for the past several months. She is an excellent, very knowledgeable, comforting, and wonderful massage therapist.
