From the moment you step into Palmyra Chiropractic & Wellness Center, I truly believe you will feel you've stepped into the right place. Regardless of your health, something can be done to help improve your quality of life so you can enjoy life to the fullest! Though life is the longest thing any of us will experience, it is still too short to live in pain and discomfort all of the time!Dr. Richardson opened his first office in Rochester, NY in 2012. Two years later he would find himself relocating to Palmyra, PA. After relocating to the south central PA region, Dr. Richardson opened WellSpine Chiropractic in Harrisburg and practiced there until 2023. With Dr. Richardson residing in Palmyra, he began to fall in love with community and it's people. He recognized the need for a chiropractic office which didn't merely focus on an adjustment but focused on the whole individual, from head to toe. As a result, Palmyra Chiropractic & Wellness Center opened in the fall of 2023.
