I left there completely relaxed and like a new person, renewed, refreshed and ready to conquer. Danielle and her staff are lovely and the atmosphere is so relaxing but, most importantly, their techniques are spot on. Thank you and I will see you again soon!

The atmosphere is light and the energy is clear. It promotes healing. I went into the O light body bar feeling completely BROKEN ! I had a bad accident in middle school that led me to years of suffering from headaches and migraines. I actually went into my appointment with a headache and after Dylan and Ana were don’t with me I felt FIXED, the last few nights I haven’t gone to sleep before 4am, last night was the first night I slept more than 5 hours. The relief I feel after just one adjustment and massage is amazing. Dylan and Ana were very dedicated to having me leaving there feeling better than I came and I definitely did. I can not wait for my next session. If you are like I was and are apprehensive and reading the reviews to help you decide if you should try it, this is your sign. I’m so glad I went.
