I had multiple medical massage sessions with Scott to address tight joints. Scott did a great job each session identifying areas that required work, firmly massaging those areas, and then teaching me exercises to help keep those areas active when working out. I highly recommend checking out Mystic Massage to help with both maintenance as well as addressing specific tight areas.

If you are an active person, athlete , or gym rat, Scott is your guy! Your body needs a good sports massage from Scott to keep you continuing strong and active. I had a few issues pertaining to tight hips and bicep pains from deadlifting, squatting, benching alot . My hips were really tight and my alignment and balance was off. I felt lower back pain and tightness all the time ! Scott was able to work on my body to get me right back into the gym without irritation or pain! He is very passionate and cares about how you feel and how you do after. He is very knowledgeable and will explain to you everything he is doing and why. He also recommends stretches and workouts for you so you can strengthen the area you are weak in. I recommend him, very easy going and personable. He will answer any questions you have. He has helped me reached and get back to my optimal health.

Highly recommend Scott and Mystic Massage and Wellness Center. I always leave feeling great and refreshed! Scott goes above and beyond with each massage, communicating and teaching. I leave each session with a more knowledge on recovery stretches and exercises. The prices are very competitive and worth the experience. He also offers packages and well ness plans.
