I’ve seen a few chiropractors in Austin, but I really appreciate Dr. Mike’s approach to chiropractic care. When I first met him at an event, he palpated my spine and immediately shared where I was stuck and how that could affect my body. At my first appointment in his office, I noticed right away that Motus Chiropractic has a grounding culture, and as a massage therapist, that really resonated with me. It didn’t feel like the usual “come in, get adjusted, and come back in two weeks.” Dr. Mike has created a movement space with designated exercises to do after an adjustment, followed by 10 minutes on a vibration plate. This whole-body, integrative approach feels both intentional and restorative. Along with Dr. Mike, his team, Melissa, and Ashley are wonderful and keep the office running smoothly. I highly recommend Motus Chiropractic to anyone looking for chiropractic care, and it’s where I send all my own clients.

Dr. Mike is a quality expert in wellness and spine health and I've loved going through his treatments so far. So far in my 3-month program with him, I've gained noticable mobility in my spine, and generally feel MUCH better, especially in my lower back. I feel stronger and more mobile too, and his adjustments have helped me bounce back much quicker from jiujitsu-related flare-ups. His whole process has been extremely transparent and sincere, and the coordinators Melissa and Ashley are also wonderful to work with.

I started working with Dr. Mike after dealing with a couple years of back pain and poor posture. He started by doing a thorough assessment of my spine (including x-rays!) and coming up with a treatment plan to address some of the issues. The energy in his office is always positive and uplifting. I can’t recommend Dr. Mike enough!
