Before starting my appointments at Live Free Chiropractic, I was very anxious about letting anyone touch my neck. I had been suffering with chronic pain for over a year and the several months leading up to getting care I had also been dealing with severe muscle spasms and overall poor quality of life, chronic pain which was causing me a lot of emotional distress. It took me a few visits to really feel I could relax at LFC but the staff and Dr. Phil have taken really great care of me and have listened to my concerns and feedback when it came to my care, the adjustments have been gentle and I leave each visit feeling relief. I can say that since starting in June with my adjustments, over the past month I have not had any issues with my neck. None. I have so much more energy, I wake up feeling rested and I am not suffering day to day with this pain. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for the care I’ve received at Live Free Chiropractic.

Phil is great. When you go in for your regular adjustment you can let him know if something else is bothering you that week and he will pay extra attention to that area. Would recommend him to anyone
