Acerca de
Gay Best Richardson, M.D. completed a BS Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Eastern Kentucky University in 1993 and completed her medical degree at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1997. She is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. She served as Chief Resident in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has supervised and taught medical students as well as served on the Medical Quality Improvement Committee at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital. She has extensive research experience and extensive formal presentations and lectures in the Neurosciences. She has received numerous awards and honors including the David L. Cohen Award and graduated Magna Cum Laude as well as other commendations.Dr. Gay Richardson started Laurel County Physiatry and Pain in 2016.
