I came in with a lower back strain. I had it for 3 wks and it was extremely painful where it affected my posture in walking. I couldn’t sit for longer than 15-20 mins before I was in pain. Dr. Lyons not only realigned my hips and was able to discipline that muscle in my lower back that kept spasming. After a month, the pain is completely gone with no meds! I’m ever so grateful to Dr. Lyons. He’s an effective listener. He increased my mobility little by little after each visit. I’m in full motion and can keep up with my little one. Dr Lyons is Amazing!! I have been to many chiropractors, massage therapists and physical therapists and none compare to the relief I get from visits to Dr Lyons. He works out muscles for a lasting change, does a variety of adjustments to match the needs of the current issues and helps with exercises to complement the body work. In my opinion Dr Lyons is extremely unique and his work has brought me out of pain and discomfort many times for a variety of issues. In addition he is very personable and professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
