Laura Lasater, LMT is a Licensed Massage Therapist who received her training from Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, VA. She is a Member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Laura believes in investing in the community and works with the team in providing services to help people be at their most optimum level of wellness!Heath In Harmony was created as a Wellness Center where the guests and team members could create relationships full of positive communication to achieve the best possible results in Massage Therapy. Each Massage is tailored to our guests needs. We have a diversely educated team to ensure a variety of skills and techniques are available such as Swedish Massage, Injury care, Myofascial Release, Thai Massage and more! As time went on we had such a great response from the community we added skin care with waxing services. We look forward to caring for everyone that comes in! See you soon!

We specialize in personalizing therapeutic massages and body treatments just for you. All Therapists are licensed and offer the following services: 30, 60, 90, 120 minute massages, Therapeutic Massages, Prenatal, Thai Massage, Hot Stone, Couples Massages, Body Treatments, Facials, Body Waxing, Movement Therapies, and Nutrition Services. You can schedule appointments Monday through Sunday.
