Dr. Jay Hafner

What can I say about Dr. Hafner that hasn't been said already...he's amazing. My last chiropractor was money hungry and didn't care to give me a full picture of my care or tell me that I should receive care/2nd opinion from other providers. Dr. Hafner truly CARES for his patients. The true nature of his business is making sure his patients are well taken care of and pain is managed/gone, rather than stripping his patients out of every cent. He continues to provide care to me, but has also recommended other providers to supplement my care, not just making me depend on him as my sole provider for my injuries. He has truly saved me from feeling forever bitter about chiropractic care and a life of crippling pain. He is very knowledgeable about his craft, actively listens to my concerns, knows exactly how to explain what's going on in layman's terms, and spends the time to answer any questions I have. I have a chronic back injury, and with the services I receive from Dr. Hafner...acupuncture, quality and precise adjustments, education, e-stim, stretches and exercises, advice, and roller table, I actually feel like my pain isn't running my life anymore. He takes insurance, but his out of pocket prices are very reasonable compared to my previous chiropractor and other chiropractors I've heard of from loved ones. I really can tell the difference in care with Dr. Hafner compared to chiropractors who don't care to see patients get better, but rather want patients coming back and getting as much of their money as possible. Dr. Hafner says he doesn't want lifelong patients...he wants his patients to get better and not have to come in as much. Michelle the office manager is friendly, organized, and also really cares! She's so great at what she does. The office is clean, nicely decorated, and inviting. In addition, she is flexible with different schedules and last minute schedule changes. Pricing is very clear, never trickery. Bonus: I can always count on Dr. Hafner and Michelle for some fun conversation, and some either really cheesy and/or really funny Dad jokes. Either way, my day is brightened every time I go in. It's nice to have such a sense of community and fun when going to an appointment. This has been such a long review, but seriously, I feel so lucky to have found this chiropractic office in our little corner of the world. Again, I feel like I have been saved. Between seeing Dr. Hafner and going to PT, my pain keeps getting better. Dr. Hafner is a man who loves his patients, family, and community, and it shows in his care. I have never heard a single bad thing about him, online or elsewhere. There's a reason he does not have a single bad review anywhere on the internet. When I first was looking up reviews on him, it seemed too good to be true for a chiropractor to have all perfect reviews and reasonable prices. At the risk of sounding like a broken record...he CARES. If you see Dr. Hafner, your pain and/or injuries will be better for it. I know several people without injuries or chronic pain, or healed chronic pain who go in there just to get a regular maintenance adjustment. I even met a patient of his who comes in from out of state to get adjusted by Dr. Hafner every few months. He always has time for each of his patients' concerns. I can't stop recommending him to people in my life because I want other people's pain to be better managed like mine. I want other people to see what an amazing chiropractor can do. Take that leap and try him out. You'll be grateful when you do.

An absolute magician. I recommend Dr. Jay to everyone I know because he has fixed everyone I know. It might take a few visits if you have something complicated going on, but he always gets things right. Michelle at the front is also so sweet and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
