He has a Baccalaureate degree in nursing from The University of Portland and did two years of graduate studies at the University of Washington in biofeedback for the management of stress and progressive relaxation. He decided to become a Hellerwork practitioner to share the incredible gifts that it can bring to anyone who experiences it.I established Dennis Lacy Bodyworks recently upon settling permanently into my desert home. Previously I lived in Washington State. I've had over 10 years of work focusing upon client body transformation through; Hellerwork, Yoga and also biofeedback for the management of stress.

20+ years as a healthcare professional focused upon my client's wellbeing. I am a Board Certified Hellerwork Structural Integrator which means beyond massage, I focus upon the alignment of your body, posture and movement patterns. I then work with you to intentionally change your soft tissues (fascia) for specific results. My work also includes movement education so you can achieve better posture and ease of movement. I have excellent client results with sciatica, back pain, scoliosis, migraines and chronic pain conditions. Every session starts with an assessment of your alignment and movement plus a checkin with you on areas you feel need work. At the end of a session my clients feel lighter, more relaxed and most usually feel exceptional relief. I offer a golfer's package which focuses upon muscles used during every aspect of a golf swing.
