At Body Complete Therapeutic Massage, I am the only therapist, so you know who will be working with you. Before each massage, we take some time talking about what you want for the session. You spend the full amount of time on the table (45, 60 or 90 minutes) and afterward, sit and relax several minutes before leaving. My office is the one place in your day where you can completely relax, breathe and take some time for yourself.I suffered many years from chronic low back pain. After going to several Doctors, taking medications, physical therapy etc. with minimal results, I tried Massage Therapy. Started getting relief after just a few sessions, and thought wow, this really works. Decided to go to massage school and start my on practice.
