My mom is deaf, and Rachael went above and beyond to make sure she understood everything and felt comfortable. She was super patient, kind, and took her time explaining things in a way my mom could follow. You can tell Rachael really cares about her patients and loves what she does. My mom left smiling, and that meant a lot to me. Thank you again, Rachael, for all your help you’re amazing!
