In the summer of 1984, the young Thomas Lamar lifted a snow cone machine a few pounds too heavy--and hurt his back. After several years of living limited by a medical diagnosis of "strained back," he discovered chiropractic, and was so impressed by the results he went to chiropractic college. Now, with over twenty years of local experience, Dr. Lamar loves helping all of his patients not only live pain free, but in optimum health and vitality for the rest of their lives. Because chiropractic is about so much more than "fixing the strained back." The health of the spine affects the health of the nervous system--and the health of the nervous system affects everything else. Dr. Lamar lives in Poulsbo, Washington, with his wife Keri and nine children.
