I was recommended to Dr. Anna from a neighbor of mine who had her baby around the same time I did and I am so glad I took her recommendation to heart! UFM is such a hidden gem, Dr. Anna and the rest of the staff are PHENOMENAL. I had such horrible residual pelvic/lower back pain from pregnancy and labor, and after just about 5 appointments with Dr. Anna my pain has virtually subsided. She is so thorough and takes her time to be sure to address every problem, and the massage therapy that takes place after the session is just icing on the cake (shoutout to Bridgett and Erika). I literally dealt with this pain my entire pregnancy and I had no idea that this practice existed, if I had I would've been coming for prenatal adjustments as well. I now bring both myself and newborn there regularly, and recommend the office to everyone I know. I truly could not recommend them more!!

Dr Anna is very skilled, providing gentle yet effective adjustments tailored to the unique needs of expectant mothers. Each session leaves me feeling more comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend this chiropractic office!
