Kyra O'Toole, at Total Performance, is fantastic! She specializes in pelvic floor therapy, and has a desire to help more women in the community to learn pelvic floor exercises to prevent complications post-pregnancy. Unfortunately, because I didn't receive proper education on all the types of exercises that would have benefited my body before, during, and after pregnancy, I have many complications that Kyra is trying to help lesson and/or reverse. I appreciate her willingness to fight this uphill battle with me....she is kind, patient, tough, and is giving me hope.

My 16 year old has been coming here for a couple years. Travis has been absolutely amazing in my son’s back journey! He got my son back into the gym and football. He graduated PT last week. He is welcomed back if he needs more therapy. My 11 year old is now a patient of Travis for his knees for the last couple months. My son has already felt his knees feeling better! Everyone at the North Wales office is absolutely friendly and accommodating. Elizabeth at the front desk welcomes everyone with the biggest smile. I highly recommend coming here for your recovery journey. You won’t regret it.
