Laura is a life-long resident of St. Mary's County. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Villa Julie College in Baltimore, Maryland and then attended Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA to complete her doctorate of Physical Therapy. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is a full time physical therapist at our Leonardtown Office.ProFlex Physical Therapy has been part of the communities in which we work, providing physical and occupational therapy for patients of all ages. We are grateful for the opportunity to care for our friends and neighbors, and our highly skilled therapists are committed to successful patient outcomes. ProFlex PT provides individualized and highly skilled orthopedic rehabilitation, sports performance, and nutrition services to individuals of all ages in a responsive and caring environment. Through Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Trigger point Therapy and specialized exercise rehabilitation our patients are able to recover and get back to their daily activities faster. Early this year, my mom had a fall, resulting in a broken elbow. Due to complications from the resulting surgery, she experienced issues that prevented her hand and shoulder from working properly. This clinic has been a blessing on my mom's road to recovery. She still has a lot of work left, but the process has been smooth thanks to the dedicated OT team (Jill, Matthew ), the PT team, and the helpful scheduling staff. Navigating this is stressful, but the staff has been incredibly accommodating, especially given that my mom does not speak English. She truly loves coming here for her physical therapy, and our whole family can't thank you enough.

I've been in physical therapy quite a few times over the years, and Pro Flex is my go-to place for it. The staff is very friendly, efficient, they call people by name, and always helpful! The therapists and assistants are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would not consider going elsewhere for my physical therapy needs.

I definitely recommend ProFlex Physical Therapy in Waldorf. I just completed PT for lower back pain, and they were very helpful in getting me moving again. I learned multiple exercises and stretches to help strengthen my back and core. I am feeling a lot better. This was my 2nd time using their services. I was there 4 or 5 years ago for issues I was having with my arms. I worked with multiple therapists and everyone was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate their efforts.
