Premiere Spine & Sport was South San Jose’s premier chiropractic clinic for the past 15 years in movement rehabilitation. We have now moved our office up to the cities of Eagle and Meridian , Idaho where we will continue to offer chiropractic, physical rehabilitation, and sports therapy. Our mission is simple: To help you restore healthy movement and balance, so you can get out of pain and back to the activities you love.

Our clinical goals go beyond pain relief. We work with clients to re-establish proper muscle function, restore proper joint mechanics, and return clients to their daily activities while minimizing the risks of recurring injuries and doctor visits.
