Julian was fantastic! I booked an emergency session with him after a back injury. I came into the session in a ton of pain and barely being able to walk. Julian asked insightful questions to understand the injury, gave me a massage that released my spasming muscles, and talked through my exercise routine and suggested some modifications that would prevent future back issues. We went through some movements I could do while I was recovering, and I left the session with way more mobility and a lot less pain. Julian then followed up via email with the suggested PT routine and even included progressions for when I was feeling better. Truly one of the best PT experiences I've ever had!

I went to Julian for rehab after a shoulder labral repair from a dislocation, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. When I started, my shoulder was super unstable and I could barely move it. Now I have full range of motion, no pain, and strength that feels like I never had surgery. I’ve worked with other physical therapists before for various sports injuries, but Julian stood out because of how he approaches treatment and the way he works 1-on-1 with his patients. He feels more like a friend who motivates you, rather than someone just doing a job, and you can tell he’s truly passionate about helping people recover. I really appreciate how he gives you 100% effort and attention during your treatment. If I ever need PT again, I’m definitely going back to him.

Julian is a magician! I had an elbow tendon tear repair surgery and had very limited range of motion after the surgery. In just 3 months he got the full range of motion back and now I have no difference in strength between the 2 arms. Having worked with many people in the fitness space over the years, I have to say Julian is a league apart. You can see that he genuinely cares for his patients and apart from the skills he obviously has, he has a very strong intuition. It feels like he's able to just feel and talk to the body to understand whats wrong. He also makes things very comfortable with just the right level of communication.
