Her skills continue to manifest through CEU courses and the growth of her professional experience. Such techniques include active release , muscle energy, strain counter strain, Mulligan's mobilization, trigger point therapy as well as utilizing the basics of soft tissue massage, joint mobilization, and passive stretching.
