My OBGYN referred me to Medcessity for physical therapy due to recti diastasis after giving birth. Thao was my therapist and I immediately felt comfortable. It’s my first time getting PT and I didn’t know what to expect. I wore comfy clothes and that was the right choice. Thao took time to listen to my concerns and came up with a plan to begin my healing journey. The exercises are specific and I appreciate how it’s not about intensity but about focus on where to build strength. It’s a great facility. The waiting room may feel a little claustrophobic with lots of people but once you get checked in and go in it’s a large area with lots of open windows and up-to-date machines. The receptionist is always so friendly and helpful. I feel lucky to go here and don’t mind the drive. There’s plenty of parking along the street on Orange Ave and also there’s a parking lot next to the building.

I bring my mom here for physical therapy, and even though it’s about a 40-minute drive, it’s completely worth it. The atmosphere is so nice, and the staff are wonderful—it makes the drive worth it twice a week. Everyone here is very professional, always patient, and they do their work with a smile while treating the patients with so much respect. The equipment is excellent, and every treatment is planned thoughtfully and knowledgeably for each condition. Thank you for the time and care you put into everything!

I was referred to this place by the worker’s compensation team at my workplace due to a work related injury on my right hand. The first couple of visits were rough because I was in a lot of pain. The team that treated me was composed of very caring and dedicated individuals. Their dedication and genuine care help me recuperate. In the beginning, I was a bit surprised with the exercises but the exercises help me with my coordination and hand strength. I would definitely use their services again. Amazing staff members.
