About
Jenny Putt was born and raised in Santa Cruz CA and now lives in a house 2 blocks away from her parents on the westside. She graduated from Santa Cruz High School in 2003, got her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Cal Poly SLO in 2007 and her masters in physical therapy at Long Beach State in 2010. In her first year out of school she completed an orthopedic residency through Kaiser in Southern California and then she returned to Santa Cruz. She has continued to expand her knowledge base by becoming a fellow in functional applied science, crossFit Level 2 coach, certified massage practitioner and pelvic floor specialist. She is also a BirthFit professional, childbirth educator and sex educator.Jenny Putt started by doing massage out of her house in 2013 when several physical therapy clients inquired about massage on the side. She then went to massage school and started to build a real massage business while working as a physical therapist in a clinical setting. In 2015 she decided to open up the gym at her house to offer physical therapy in order to provide high quality, one-on-one care that is sometimes lacking in the clinical setting. Over the years she has continued to further her education and expand her specializations so that she can better serve the community of Santa Cruz.
