I’m a patient with a chronic pain condition that has been ongoing for 20+ years. Dr.Messina is the first Dr to treat this condition as a whole. He has offered insight into treatment from a chiropractic perspective, a nutritional, supplemental, emotional and medical standpoint. Dr. Messina’s full body approach has been exactly what has made a difference in my treatment. I walked into his practice struggling with mobility and I now have the ability to participate in strengthening exercises to better my quality of life. Dr. Messina utilizes a whole-body awareness along with chiropractic adjustments ie. deep stretch, targeted massage, focused movement to maximize each adjustment as needed. I find his approach to chiropractic care to be holistic and truly effective in pain relief and maintenance. Highly recommend.
