Health, wellness, Soul evolution and healing have been a passion for me since I was a young teenager, but that did not make me impervious to my own internal struggles and physical conditions that came with them. At seven years old, my family moved from New York to southern New Jersey and I found myself to be the "New Kid." Fear of the unknown newness combined with stress at home, a deeply ingrained people pleasing personality and the anxiety to preform that comes with that, all gathered and knotted itself within. I then found myself battling many stomach aches and various skin reactions that further feed into making me even more self-conscious and feeling inadequate. These physical symptoms and emotions continuously wax and waned into adulthood. I incorporate the use of Life Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, guided meditation, breath-work and massage into my customized healing sessions and programs.
