Let me start by saying, I’m not a fan of chiropractors. Something about hearing my bones snap, crackle and pop just gives me the willies. Well, that and having been married to, and divorced from, a chiropractor . That explains my negativity lol. I met Dr. Heather today, tagging along with my grown son to see how he fared with having his head turned 360 degrees, at least that’s how I remembered it being done to me by said ex husband, some 25 years ago. All humor aside, he’s seen her before, thought she was awesome and felt better after his treatment. I called her late today and begged her to see my son who had wrenched his back. She wiggled him in with her busy schedule, and she and her staff stayed late to make sure he was taken care of. I’m woman enough to admit, that after watching, listening and learning while doc was working on him, I was taken back. I’m not easily impressed…but this doctor is an absolute delight. She treated both of us like we were members of her family, was patient, actually listened to my son, showed concern, warmth and compassion. Not once did she flip him over like a side of beef and try to make his knee meet his ear. Truly though, she quite obviously is extremely skilled at her profession, or my son would have hopped off the table and I’d have been hoofing it down Sam Bass road on foot. I was blown away by her knowledge, her adjustment technics, and her obvious ethical standards. I would have jumped up on that table and let her adjust me in a heartbeat. It’s been 25 years since I’ve let a chiropractor touch me, so if that alone doesn’t tell you how impressed I was, and the depth of my trust and respect for her, then nothing will. Most chiropractors insist upon checkout that you schedule follow ups every other day for the next month. Of course it takes multiple visits to reach ultimate success, but we weren’t badgered here, and that was a pleasant surprise . Humor gets me through the rough days with chronic pain, but so does meeting someone in the healthcare profession that actually cares, and is great at what they do. I’ll be making my first appointment next week. Hopefully you will follow suit, you won’t be sorry!

Heather is just simply the best. She goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed, understood and your issues corrected. I’ve never been to a chiropractor who cares about her patients as much as she does. Amazing Relief Chiropractic is hands down the best clinic!
