Ayan Hirsi-Issa D.C. is graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she majored in Biology. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Western State Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon in 2003. Dr. Hersi-Essa is Board Certified and Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2009, she and Dr. Hirsi-Essa joined forces and opened Forest Point Chiropractic & Rehab Center, PLLC. Dr. Hersi-Essa has always been inspired by the natural and non-invasive ways in which the body can heal and regenerate itself. Shukri Hirsi-Essa, MSPT, DPT graduated from Marymount University with her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2002. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2008. Dr. Hirsi- Essa is Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Prior to opening Forest Point Chiropractic & Rehab Center, PLLC in 2009, she managed an out-patient orthopedic clinic in Northern Virginia.Forest Point Chiropractic & Rehab Center, PLLC is family owned and operated.
