Paul did such a fantastic job. Found out I had a "ruptured" L5-S1 disk that migrated and a synovial cyst on my nerve root that was causing my sciatic type pain. Paul worked with me for several weeks and taught me different body mechanics so that I can still have full function. Very rarely did I leave Paul's office in as much pain as I walked in with. Not only did he show me how to help myself feel better, Paul taught me a ton. Can't over-recommend, I absolutely will be returning to Paul for any future PT needs. I can't thank you all enough 🙏

After two full 8 week each sessions with another PT organization my Dr. referred me to Paul since my range of motion after my rotator cuff repair surgery had "frozen". He was able to help me obtain my full range of motion back. Highly recommend.
