Dr. Whipple earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Utah, a Master's in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and a post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Rocky Mountain University. He has worked in a neurological rehab hospital, managed a statewide home health division while on board for the Utah Association for Home Care and developed and directed orthopedic clinics.
