I had my initial appointment with Ran at CWC on March 16th and it was to deal with acute pain on my hips and leg. Ran was able to quickly and confidently identify the root cause of my issue and by the end of the first appointment I already felt much better. Fast forward a few months later of seeing him every other week or monthly, I no longer feel pain in those areas and even if I ever did, his exercise program has given me all the tools I need to address minor issues at home, if they ever come up again. Highly recommend checking out the clinic and Ran in particular if you live in the area and are in need of physiotherapy!

Ran’s thorough assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan is excellent! Results are the evidence of his knowledge, expertise and focus with one-on-one patient care plan. Unlike any other PT experience I have ever had. If you want results and long term resolution of your injury then look no further! I highly recommend Ran if you are in need of physical therapy and want to resolve your injury, and consequently improve your overall health and wellbeing! Thank you so much Ran, you have been instrumental in my recovery journey!

I started going to CWC Sport therapy after getting an unknown shoulder injury from sleeping poorly on a camping trip. Dr.shpanya gave me several very specific work outs that not only healed the injury and got my mobility back, but has also made my shoulders significantly stronger. Each session added a few more stretches and workouts that were super targetted at weaker muscles and he also provided videos showing the workouts (our sessions were spaced out by about a week.) he was also able to provide workouts for my wrists that countered my carpal tunnel syndrome. He is very down to earth and understanding and very clear and concise with instructions, 10/10 would reccomend!
