Studies have shown that once you have back pain there is a higher probability that you will have the same pain again. We approach this two ways: 1) educating patients on self treatment methods is a vital component to patient care. 2) correcting movement pattern issues that maybe overloading tissues. Our overall goal is to provide you, the patient, that best care that we can.
