I attended CU Boulder and fell in love with the Rocky Mountains. I lived in Vail, CO, '93 - '99, skied 80 days in winter; and, mtn biked & hiked the summers. I moved to LA in '99 and enjoy the weather. I am typically outside 11 months a year pedaling/hiking the wonderful roads and trails near west LA and Malibu. I have experienced a myriad of injuries from my endeavors and thankfully I have recovered. My orthopedic knowledge has been garnered the hard way but it gives me true empathy to those in recovery pain. I've been a serious athlete all of my life and my greatest enjoyment is helping people of all ages and abilities develop the strength & ability for challenging new experiences that they never imagined possible.Boldfitness.com is also a referral network.
