Dr. Paxton earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and then when went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He began his own private practice as he set out to give a high quality product that is continuing to disappear in the world of rehabilitation. He has worked with adolescents all the way to professional athletes, and takes pride in consistently applying the most cutting edge techniques that are being performed at the highest level. He is also the Co-Founder of a rehabilitation education company named Integrated Kinetic Neurology.

I started appointments with Dr. Rosalie due to my sciatica. She did an amazing job by fully understanding how my condition affected me and took her time to make sure I fully understood. My sciatica has significantly improved, like 95%, now it’s just on me keep up with the exercises. I would definitely come back again if I had another issue due to the amazing service and great knowledge depth.

Dr. Rosalie was exceptional. She gave me lots of stretches and strength training exercises that promptly resolved my running injury. She knew exactly how to target my issue with a large focus on improving my range of motion. She has a very high level of knowledge and is very personable. I highly recommend her.

I went to PT for about 10 weeks to help with ankle pain caused from half-marathon training. From the very beginning Dr. Rosalie was fantastic! She listened to my concerns and helped me to rehabilitate my ankle in a way that also allowed me to finish my training and run my race. Scheduling appointments was very easy, and the app allows you to easily review exercises so you can do them at home. I left feeling stronger and ready to take on more challenging races in the future. I highly recommend Performance Care Clinics.
