Dr. Hazen after attending NYCC and graduating in 2011 practiced in Broomall, PA for over 2 years at Broomall Total Health. After wanting to move closer to Lancaster county and working for 2 years as a traveling doctor he decided it's time to get back to treating patients versus only testing them. In 2016 Active Family Chiropractic opened it's doors in May. Initially only open 3 days a week until July and since then has been open 4 days a week plus 2 Saturdays a month (1st and 3rd). Dr. Hazen wants to help the people in this community reach a healthier life. What makes this practioner different is how he approaches care of a patient. We take a whole body approach to care. Treating "toes to nose" and helping conditions ranging from headaches, neck pain, low back pain, disc herniation's, sciatica, arthritis, and extremity issues. Dr Hazen was active in research at NYCC in the gait lab which has led him to taking a lot of emphasis in gait retraining and orthotic fitting.Active Family Chiropractic LLC was formed in 2016 for the purpose of treating the patients looking for a comprehensive approach to care. Offering diverse services and growing every day offering Chiropractic, Physical Rehabilitation, and now Massage Therapy. Our goal is to get our patients to reach their health goals through as holistic of an approach as possible.
