Hi! I'm Loretta McGrath, a fitness professional with over 15 years of experience. Helping people achieve better health is my passion and I am 100% committed to seeing my clients reach their goals safely, efficiently and enjoyably. I developed the Dynamic Body Stretching program in 1996 when I realized that many of my personal training clients had limited range of motion, joint stiffness and weak areas that could be significantly helped by regular specialized stretch sessions.

I am determined to be proactive in assisting my clients in overcoming their physical imbalances. I conferred with orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, physical therapists, body workers, massage therapists, and sports trainers to create a comprehensive, proprietary computer software for my Dynamic Body Stretching program. Since the software's development, I have been fortunate to see my DBS system dramatically change the lives of countless people.Body Therapy Spa is a holistic physical therapy and skin spa. We offer a variety of holistic therapy options to help mitigate body pain, healing, and spa treatments. We have a full spa offering many skin and body treatments for an affordable price.
