Dr. Brill hails from Cambridge, Wisconsin. After graduating Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology in 2003, he was accepted to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic. During the course of his chiropractic education he served as Palmer's head delegate tot the World Congress of Chiropractic Students in Mexico City, Mexico in 2008.
Dr. Brian volunteered to participate in a clinic abroad program in Fiji where he provided chiropractic services to the underprivileged. He was awarded an internship at an established Chiropractic Wellness Center for the final four months of his education.
Dr. Brian obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in February of 2009 and was immediately offered an Associate Doctor position where he was immediately offered an Associate Doctor position where he was employed until relocating to the Tampa Bay area in July of 2009.Brian D. Brill, DC started Sea Change Wellness in 2009.
