Sahand began his fitness journey as an overweight teenager with poor eating habits. Finally he decided to change his lifestyle and lost over 40lbs. He then began his fitness career at age 17 as a group fitness instructor teaching Les Mills classes and then realized that he wanted to become a coach and help people achieve their individual fitness goals. Sahand specializes on body fat reduction, interval training, athletic training and strength training, corrective exercise, mobility and flexibility training. Sahand's goal as a coach is to make exercise fun and the best part of your day.

Sahand has competed in collegiate track and field in the 400m and 4x400 relay. He obtained his mechanical engineering degree at SDSU.I started my business in the Sorrento Valley area in 2016 and have been evolving ever since with the most current education from corrective exercise, Neurokinetic Therapy, Manual therapy, performance training, to nutritional support.
