Dr. Frank Marghella, a native of Massapequa, New York, attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He moved to Nashville in January 2007, shortly after graduating chiropractic school in October 2006. He met his beautiful, future wife, Jaima, that same year and has been happily married to her since 2009. He also has 2 gorgeous daughters, Gianna and Everlee, and currently resides in Nolensville, TN.
Dr. Marghella worked as an independent contractor at Dixon Center for Integrative Health Care for 7 years before relocating to Franklin, TN in 2015 to be more centrally located to better serve Middle TN. He specializes in treating the nervous system using "Palmer Package Adjusting" including, Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Toggle, and Activator. Dr. Marghella is also skilled in extremity adjusting techniques for the shoulder, knee, wrist and foot. His passion for sports adds to his commitment and understanding of the value of Chiropractic care in the sports field.Ideal Health and Wellness Center has been open for over 10 years. Originally in Bellevue, we moved to Cool Springs in 2015. Since opening in 2008, I've added many more services including Lipo-Laser, custom shoe orthotics, spinal disc decompression, K-Laser, x-rays, and of course chiropractic adjustments. I look forward to serving the community in Franklin, TN for many years to come!
