Lauren is extensively trained in anatomy, physiology, yoga, human movement, meditation, mindfulness, trigger point therapy, rehabilitative clinical techniques, deep tissue massage, Swedish-style relaxation massage, sports massage, reflexology, & prenatal massage. These techniques may help relieve tension in the musculoskeletal system & promote a deeper mind-body connection. Lauren believes that therapeutic massage and yoga as part of a balanced movement routine are key factors in managing and alleviating stress, pain levels, improving chronic conditions, or simply providing a space for relaxation, rest, and rejuvenation.Lauren founded Ultimate Integrative Health (formerly Living Tree Wellness) to provide integrative health and holistic wellness services to those seeking to manage and alleviate stress, reduce pain, improve chronic conditions, and to those seeking a space for relaxation, rest, and rejuvenation of the mind, body, and spirit.

Lauren began her career in the field of integrative health in 2015 after graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University as certified massage therapist. Along with eight years of experience in massage therapy, she holds a bachelors degree in human biology and is certified to teach yoga at the 200 hour level through Devanadi.
