GREAT Amy- young and small. Good on butt area. Make sure to write on the chart heavy on everything or else she's too light. She doesn't get an excellent because she doesn't do the pressure points on the back. She just massages back-and-forth strongly. I have a shoulder/neck injury that I have been dealing with for about 3 years. For last few months I had been trying different places for deep tissue massages and accupuncture as suggested by the therapist. I happened to find this massage place on yelp which had great reviews and decided to call them. The receptionist who answered my call was very friendly and accomodating. She said there was a slot available for an hour of deep tissue massage so I went. The place was very clean and ambience was very relaxing. She greeted and explained the services and packages they offer which I did appreciate and asked me to try once before signing up for one. I saw all their professional lisences posted on the wall so I knew it was legit place. She said my massuese will come out in 15 mins so I waited and right on time Vivian came out and took me for my massage.she asked how much pressure she shall apply and told her medium level ia great but I told her I have had a back surgery so she would have to be gentle in lumbar area. I have to admit this most likely was one of the best massages I have ever had. She was professional, thorough, and focused. She was told by the receptionist where she needs to focus and she started right there. It was not just an oil rub! It was an amazing massage which incorporated hot stones, oil and deep tissue technique with methodical progression and whole body was addressd in one hour time. The pressure was perfect, I have had numerous massages and many places but she outperformed all of them. I am thankful for the experience and will go back and sign up for a package deal. They do have a "tipping guideline"which is very reasonable and anyone who would get thia kind of service will be more than willing to tip them. In essence, I left very satisfied and relaxed. Thanks Vivian and the receptionist lady (do not know her name). I would sign up for their 10 session package sincethe price is fabulous.

I had a really good massage at Body Central with Mary. She had good communication throughout the session and checked in with me about the pressure. I felt comfortable telling her where I needed more pressure, especially around my neck and shoulders. She noticed right away that I had a lot of knots and was very tight, and she spent a lot of time working on those areas. She really helped ease the knots in my neck and shoulders, and I felt much more relaxed and less tight after the massage. Not sure why some other reviews had issues with her, because my experience was great. I highly recommend Mary and will definitely go back to see her again.

Experienced and knowledgeable massage therapists who use the Chinese deep tissue style. Rooms were clean and soothing with low lighting and spa music. Not only did my masseuse end with a hot stone treatment (totally unexpected!) but she also added a hot towel rubdown and head massage. I'm considering getting the package of 20 sessions, but they have a new sister branch in San Mateo I'm going to check out.

Did my deep tissue massage for the first time and it was so relaxing. Monica helped me release all the pain from my back and neck. Not to lie i started tearing up right after i came out. Thankyou for the great service. Coming back again.
