Sonya is amazing! She is so friendly and knowledgeable and she is always pursuing extra education to improve her practice. I will never go to another massage therapist - it would be impossible! When you go to Sonya you can tell she is tailoring her treatment to exactly what you say you're experiencing as well as what she "finds" with her hands when she works on you. It's incredible. There is absolutely nothing generic or cookie-cutter about it, as her technique even differs every single time I go because every time I go my symptoms and my body are a little bit different. I can't say enough good things about her. If you can get a massage with her, do it! You won't regret it!

Sonya is an amazing amazing massage therapist. Not only is she exceptionally knowledgeable in human anatomy she really takes the time to listen what you need or want to be working on during the session. After the session she will follow up with some at home exercises that has never happened to me with any other massage therapist. She goes above and beyond for her clients!!
