The physical therapy department is absolutely wonderful! My mom has been here for four weeks and has made more progress than she has in the last six months. Everyone in the department is helpful and friendly and take the time to get to know their patients. Rudy and Jaime have excellent attitudes and know just how to motivate mom. Kenny is always willing to help and encourages her in and out of the gym. Most importantly, mom feels safe and supportive and is excited about the progress she is making! Alice, the director, is particularly encouraging and knows just what mom needs. I highly recommend Buena Vista!!

The staff is attentive, polite, friendly and helpful. They greet me with a smile. They make sure that residents are engaged and participate in physical therapy activities and other social activities. Over all experience is great. I would recommend it.

Staff at BV were very helpful. Older facility but new owners are improving quickly, looks and feels 100% better than a few years ago... Can't say enough about the CNAs, nurses, and therapists!!

Our whole family is in agreement that the Team at Buena Vista Care Center is top of the line! Everyone from the administration to the staff was so loving and kind to our mom! Julia, Janira, Karla, and Alyssa were so very nice and we really appreciated all their help! The nursing staff was exceptional!! Moms therapists were the very best!! Brett, Jaime, and Bobby were so encouraging to her and really helped her to get stronger! Every day that we came, everyone always had a smile and kind words of encouragement! Thank you so very much!

Best of the best! I am updating my review. We had a dear friend at Buena Vista Care since January 2024. The communication is MAX! Julia, their amazing social worker, an the rest of the crew are absolutely the best. I always arrived unexpected and just could not be happier with the care provided to our dear friend. When discharge came, they were on top of every detail and the transition was very smooth. Thank you so much Buena Vista Care Team for your outstanding service to our elderly community.
