a year agoI went to Nate with a frozen shoulder and after just one visit, I had increased mobility and decreased pain. After four visits, the difference in mobility and pain is miraculous. Nate is intentional, knowledgeable and impactful. He is a problem solver, empathetic listener, straight shooter and all around great human. When you’re in pain, it impacts you every day - both physically and emotionally. Working with Nate has literally changed my days, I walk out of each session feeling taller, stronger and healthier! I highly recommend Nate, he’s an expert.

a year ago10/10 would recommend! Nate is an amazing Massage Therapist and a great guy. He saved me from having to get back surgery and potentially having to prematurely retire from Martial Arts. He not only helped me recover from my chronic pain but also showed me have to improve body posture and composition. Through consistent sessions with Nate and sticking to his advice I was not only able to return to training but return to my regular active lifestyle. Thank you Nate you really brought back a lot of joy and happiness to my life 🙏

4 years agoOver the past two years, I have been seeing Nate to work on building muscle to support my neck injury in a new way. Nate's deep knowledge of massage and human anatomy makes him unique in the area of personal fitness. He can see where muscle needs to be built, as well as where muscles need to be massaged and lengthened. For example, by observing how I was squatting he was able to determine what muscles needed to be massaged to improve my lifting ability. And the proof was instantly being able to lift a heavier weight within the same session, just from the mobility improvement. I have been going to Nate for massage for about 8 years now. I travel for work and frequently get a message around the world when I am not at home. I have yet to find someone as good as Nate. Nate has a unique ability and drives to problem solve. He tests and traces out from the chief complaint to find not only the root cause but supporting causes of concern. When I think back to how painful my neck injury was to my day-to-day life, and how far my recovery has come, it is a stark contrast. Nate has found the supporting issues in my shoulders and chest and has the finger strength to work on them. Nate is very good at receiving feedback, so don't shy away from stating what you are feeling in the moment. Nate is professional and someone I trust to refer my friends and colleagues to.

2 years agoNate is one of the best massage therapist you will find. I've known Nate for decades and he has only gotten better overtime! I highly recommend you give Nate a try and experience a master therapist in your healing process.

2 years agoFor TWO years I have had the privilege of Nate’s personal training expertise. I came to him just a few months after bilateral hip replacement surgery and felt very limited. He diligently took his time to prioritize my mobility and stability, ensuring my safety over everything. Each session with Nate is engaging and creative, blessed with music and visits from his cat Frankie. And I get encouragement from his Olympian wife when she shows up in the space! Not only is my body being restored to the flexibility I believed I could recapture, I’m getting stronger than ever! Not too bad for a middle aged, mother of three, former athlete and 4yr cancer survivor. Looking forward to more sweat and joyful gains with Nate Torra!
